Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang has years of experience in researching, designing, building, managing, and developing Internet services, networks and security systems. He also contributes to the development of Internet safety in Vietnam; builds and develops technological communities at home and abroad. Mr Giang has been responsible for many positions, from administrator, and operations specialist, to management, research, and development.
In 2022, he was appointed Deputy Director of Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC), in charge of public engineering. technology, management, operation, and development of important national Internet systems (VNIX national Internet exchange station, national DNS system), VNNIC's service and security systems.; In 2025, he was appointed Acting Director Genenal of Vietnam Internet Network Information Center
TREX Tampere Region Exchange Oy
Aleksi Suhonen has been on the Internet since 1987 and working with ISPs and IXPs since 1997. He gained experience in network operations and security at Nokia Mobile Phones, and later led the international expansion of AS6667 at SciFi Communications International (later Saunalahti and Jippii), connecting it to major IXPs in Europe and the US. In 2000, he founded the consultancy Axu TM Oy, and two years later established TREX Tampere Region Exchange Oy, which has since become an important IXP in Finland.

Kams Yeung is a Principal Network Architect at Akamai Technologies, the world’s largest CDN. Kams has responsibilities primarily covering peering, routed interconnections and capacity planning. Kams is a 16-year veteran of the Internet industry and an international network engineering, operations and data center professional. He has served as an infrastructure team member during APRICOT-APAN 2011. Before Akamai, Kams was Product Manager at Equinix, and Senior Manager, IP Engineering at Pacnet.
He’s a regular supporter of APRICOT, APNIC, APF, and other industry community gatherings.
Globe Telecom
Vincent “Achie” Atienza has handled Globe Telecom’s peering, interconnection and strategy for 12 years. He is responsible for managing the end to end evolution/optimization of Globe’s IP ecosystem, focused on the core infrastructure that functions as the local & international Internet gateway. Prior to joining Globe, Achie managed Internet services products for Eastern Telecommunications Philippines Incorporated (ETPI).
Achie has been an active member of the Philippines’ Internet community for many years. He was instrumental in the rebirth of PHNOG and has held the position of Chair since 2015. He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees for ISOC-PH since 2013.
APNIC
Makito has been working in the Internet industry since 2005, with experience in software engineering, network engineering, and senior management roles at various Internet Service Provider (ISP) and technology companies. He specialises in designing, implementing, and operating ISP networks that deliver diverse services. His areas of expertise include BGP, MPLS, IPv6, as well as coding and databases.
At APNIC, Makito is in charge of delivering advanced training and technical assistance to stakeholders across the Asia-Pacific region.
As a founding member and Executive Committee member of Cambodia Network Operators Group (KHNOG), and a member of Taiwan Network Operators Group (TWNOG)'s Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG), Makito is committed to supporting technical communities and enhancing Internet development in the region.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nam is currently the Deputy Head of the IP/Internet Division. With over 13 years of experience in operating, managing, designing, and planning IP network infrastructure, he has made significant contributions to the development and improvement of Internet service quality within the VNPT network system.

Mr. Vu Hai Quan is currently a Senior Network Architect at FPT Telecom, with over 12 years of experience in operating, managing, designing, and planning Internet service infrastructure. His work focuses on researching and integrating new technologies into infrastructure, promoting operational automation to optimize performance, enhance service quality, and build an intelligent, modern network system.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien is a Solutions Consultant at Palo Alto Networks Vietnam, specializing in strategic consulting and the design of comprehensive security solutions for network and cloud infrastructures. With over 14 years of experience in the cybersecurity field and a background in Security, Risk & Compliance at AWS Vietnam, he possesses deep expertise in modern security architecture, unified cybersecurity, and cloud security. His work helps enterprises build robust security foundations, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance defense capabilities.

Mr Nguyen Minh Hai leads technical initiatives to improve the security and stability of Viet Nam’s Internet infrastructure. With over 15 years of experience in network operations and Internet governance, he has been actively involved in the deployment of IPv6, routing security, and Internet Exchange services.
Vietnam Internet Network Information Center
Mr. Nguyen Van Tri has been working as a DNS specialist and senior system administrator at the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) since 2015. With extensive experience in deploying DNSSEC and developing monitoring solutions, he is currently responsible for the system administration of the .VN country-code top-level domain (ccTLD). He helps to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of Vietnam’s national DNS infrastructure. Additionally, he is actively involved in researching, developing, and applying new technologies to enhance the security and resilience of the DNS system in Vietnam, contributing to its ongoing protection against emerging threats.

Mr. Pham Truong Vu is a specialist in network system design and operation, currently serving as a Team Lead coordinating implementation at Long Vân System Solution. With many years of experience in the networking field, he is responsible for operating and monitoring the Core system, ensuring stable and secure infrastructure performance. He is dedicated to optimizing the efficiency and reliability of enterprise network systems.
